RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Our 7-Day Return Promise We are committed to the quality and durability of every Mangafit drop. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

·        It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and unused.

·        It must have all original tags attached.

·        It must be returned in its original Mangafit packaging.

·        The item must be free of stains, odors (perfume, smoke, sweat), or pet hair.

·        You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us immediately at mangafitapparel@gmail.com

Customer Return Shipping Process:

·        Please describe the reason for your return (e.g., size issue, change of mind).

·        If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the confirmed return address and detailed instructions on how to package and send your item.

·        Please Note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a traceable courier service (e.g., TCS, Leopard, Trax, etc.), as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item without tracking.

Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return acceptance will not be processed.

4. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective (e.g., print error, torn fabric), damaged, or if you receive the wrong item/size. We will evaluate the issue and ensure the matter is made right immediately.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene standards and the nature of limited drops, we cannot accept returns on:

·        Items that have been washed or altered.

·        Sale Items or items purchased using a discount code (unless stated otherwise during the promotional period).

·        Mystery Boxes (if applicable).

·        Gift Cards.

6. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct size or design is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new, separate purchase for the desired item.

7. Refunds We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will inform you whether the refund was approved or rejected (due to damage, wear, or missing tags).

·        If Approved: You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method (bank transfer or card) within 10 business days.

·        Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at mangafitapparel@gmail.com so we can investigate the delay.
